Betsy I. Garcia, A.S.
Betsy Garcia is our senior litigation assistant and mediation coordinator. She is responsible for conducting initial client assessments, reviewing all matters coming into and going out of the office, assigning tasks to our staff, and training new members to the team. She is the “go to” person in the office for virtually every aspect relating to litigation files. Betsy’s primary responsibility, however, is to assist her attorneys with litigation files, from drafting pleadings and discovery, keeping her attorneys apprised of all issues relating to litigation files, and assisting her attorneys during trials.
Betsy obtained an Associate of Applied Science in Legal Studies from Alvin Community College. She lives in Brazoria County, Texas with her husband, Edam, and their two sons, Davin and Andrew. She enjoys spending time with her family and being involved in her sons’ sports activities.
Russell D. Anderson, B.S., M.S. Finance
Russell D. Anderson is a graduate of the University of Houston – Clear Lake where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a Master’s degree in Finance. Russell oversees all financial aspects of the law office and of his advisory firm, Anderson Advisory Company, Inc. Russell also assists other attorneys and trust fiduciaries with the preparation of inventories, accountings and forensic accountings.
Russell lives in Galveston County with his wife, Esther, and enjoys archery and firearms. He competed in the 2011 Senior Olympics and other local, regional and national events.
Miranda Reidel, B.S.
Miranda Reidel is a graduate of the University of Houston – Clear Lake where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Geography. She is our billing assistant and manages the fees and expenses of our files. Miranda enjoys spending time with her family and friends, especially her two dogs Mondo and Nala.
